At Huge Design in San Francisco, I worked alongside the team on expanding the TheraGun into a broader, more holistic ecosystem of recovery products. The brief was to take an already iconic object and thoughtfully translate its core principles into a suite that addressed different parts of the body, including the face, leg, arm and back, while also exploring new formats such as compression and heat-based cups. From an industrial design perspective, the challenge was maintaining a cohesive visual and tactile language across vastly different use cases, ergonomics and sensitivities. Each product needed to feel unmistakably part of the Theragun family while being purpose-built for its specific interaction, balancing performance, comfort and approachability to create a system that felt both expansive and unified.
The range of products induded:
-RecoveryPulse arm
-TheraFace
-Theracup
-Jetboots
